original factory configuration:
with rewind starter and

UL-reduction gear box B 2,58
NM - not assembled
with 2 Bing-Carburetors 887823

4839311 is a ROTAX 503 UL FAN produced 25-May-1998 (no other info is available).

4158056 is a ROTAX 503 UL FAN produced 21-Jun-1993 (no other info is available).

If the previous owner of the engine did not supply a properly filled out log-book, then you are basically holding an 'unknown quantity', and at very least you should assume that all the rubber must be replaced... probably be a good idea to keep an eye on the seals as well, if it has been stored for any length of time...

Thanks for the info...I considered both of them to be cores...though the older one has little wear around the exhaust port...
