3456905 is not found in the ROTAX factory database. I will check with the North American distributor to see if we can find any info in the paper archives...

3456905 is pretty ANCIENT... it not only pre-dates the Factory electronic database by a decade, it even predates the 'dated' paper records kept by the distributor. All we can say about this engine is that it was produced sometime before 1985...

I think this might be the case for my engine as well. If memory serves me, my Thruster was built in 1976 and assuming the engine was new at that time, it not likely that I'll get a production date for it either.
