The maintenance manual grants 'Authorized exceeding' of TBO of up to 5% or six months, whichever comes first. But there is no authorization for exceeding the time limit for rubber parts. So five years is five years!

You do get a +/- tolerance of 10 hours for hourly checks (100 hr, 200hr, etc) , and a +/- tolerance of 2 months for your annual inspection...

ROTAX says: Zero (0) days.

It's a good idea to take this recommendation seriously! Rubber is prone to degradation over time. Rubber particles shed internally by the fuel lines can clog your fuel system. And then there are the leakage issues...

shelf life of ROTAX RUBBER PARTS is 5 year, this is well known to all. 

what is service life of these RUBBER PARTS. if we stored these RUBBER parts in controled environment for 4 years, what will be the Next life ??

It's the same five years - on the engine or on the shelf. It's clearly stated in the Line maintenance manual in the section on 'Time limit for rubber parts': "This time limit must be followed independently..." 

If you store the parts for four years, then you can operate them for one more year before they are due for replacement. Keep your rubber fresh!
