Hi all, not happy reporting this but after only 4 hours of flying my fluctuating oil pressure has returned.worse than before ,starting to loose patience with this

Hi John,
Do you have the newer style oil pressure plug screw, a new spring and the mushroom style oil pressure regulator?

Sorry to hear that John. I'm doing good so far with the new pump body in my RV-12. Thirty hours since replacement and its still doing fine, but I have yet to see my warranty money from Rotax. Please keep us posted.

Hi Roger ,the new housing came with the pressure relief valve fitted ,put in by the Rotax dealer here ,so i am assuming they are the newer style ,will know soon enough when we remove them for inspection. The oil pressure went from a slight fluctuation of 3-4 lb to out of control between 20 -70 lb on the mechanical gauge, the needle was a blur it was moving so fast,
