the answer is b) 4mA = 0.75 bar 20mA = 10.75 bar

Just noticed my oil pressure running high at 90psi. It is somewhat
>linear as will be 60@ 1800rpm, 76@ 2500, 90@3500, 92@ 4000.

If I find I need to get the Keller guage will it fit the forward facing port on the oil pump housing which is M10 X1 X8 Vs. the side facing which is NPT? :(

don't use the forward facing port, it was not designed for a sensor, it is for a constant speed governor and/or the 914 turbo oil banjo fitting.
the NPT port can be re-cut to 10mm; see SI-912-020 chapter 79-00-00 page 2.

After the mechanical test gauge is done to verify it could just be a bad wire connection.
