unable to view expanded videos on ipad

I can not get videos to play on I Pad. Any ideas ?

Not all of the older videos are "iPad-compatible" yet.
All of the NEWER videos (those produced since mid-2012) play fine on any iOS device.
They are identified by the
notation.
We expect to have all of the older videos converted into iPad-friendly format before the end of this year...
