Maybe you have problem with tightness of carburettors? When cold it's takes illegal air. You can check on cold engine by spraying collectors by startup spray.
I am fairly confident it is a slipping slipper clutch from what I can hear on the video.
Hopefully the company who did the gearbox service has recorded the slipping torque of the slipper clutch on their worksheet - do you know what the slipping torque was/is?
I can't think of anything else that fits the symptoms of increasing RPM.
However if the RPM is constant and it is just an increase in noise level try looking for a split carb rubber, loose intake pipe, or something similar.
I don't know what rpm indicator you have but most digital gauges has algorithm to average indication. You can not see short rpm peak. If it's digital sometime you can re-program it. Anyway it's clear that you have rpm peak.
