    Is one MAP sensor designated for Lane A and the other for Lane B?


    Yes, each lane has its own MAP sensor and MAT sensor

    I was told that it is OK to "re-cycle" Lane B while in flight if it happens again. Is that really OK?

    Had the lane B error while flying yesterday. It has not happened prior to this. There were no anomalies at the time the light came on. I landed and recycled. At takeoff it came on again. Recycled (shut engine down completely) and flew for a few minutes before it came on again. Engine parameters were all normal. Engine was running fine.

    The builder had used the cable tie method to hold the connectors on. I just ordered two clamps and will re-seat the connector. Will advise if this solves the problem.

    It's a fair chance it is one of the connectors on the airbox. Wait until you put your new clips on or just redo the wire ties and snug them up.

    I installed the clamps 7 months (&100 hrs) ago. No Lane B lights since.
