The only significant findings from your logs are repeated failed high and above range faults for EGT sensors 2 and 4. In your original post you mentioned high EGT readings on cylinders 1 and 2. Did you mean 2 and 4?
All of these faults were logged in the last 15 minutes of the ECU run time before the logs were downloaded. I would think at that time you would have had a Lane-A warning light on.
The #4 EGT sensor quit the other day while trying to download data so I replaced it and that fixed that issue. I switched #2 and 4 EGT sensors to verify that #4 was bad to diagnose the problem.
