the ram air port should calibrated using an O2 sensor but if you do not have one the port should be between 15 and 25 degrees from the airflow.

Hi All, SI-914-015 is the applicable instruction for my airbox (667167). Thanks, Andy. An additional issue for optimum 914 turbo boost on takeoff is a richer circlip position on the needle of the 2-4 carb. I was using circlip position 2 for both carbs but did not achieve full turbo boost. I changed to circlip position 3 for carbs 2 - 4. Did a carb balance for idle and also for 3500 rpm. Unfortunately, the arrival of rain prevented an immediate test of the new settings. Waiting for good weather to do a test. Haven't checked the throttle position sensor yet.
