My aircraft gearbox is leaking oil

Today, when I was doing pre-flight, I found that there was a little oil leak in the gearbox. Will this affect the flight? This plane has been running for 30 hours. Thanks for your reply.

Your engine looks pretty new. I suppose you spotted this oily spot first time, right?

To start with I would carefully wipe it off and monitor closely how it develops over the next couple of hours.

It also seems to make sense to send the picture to the seller of the plane so he knows and can respond in a way.
