Not to nag, but I really wouldn't push the engine if you are having dropping fuel pressure. You can absolutely damage it very quickly in a high-power, hot, lean condition, and that's precisely what you will have if the carbs are starved of fuel.
If you can run it 30", and then step up to 31" for 5 seconds, then 32" for 5 seconds, and then 33" for 5 seconds, that will give you a clear indication in your data if the fuel pressure is dropping perfectly inline with the turbo boost. If it is doing that, then you absolutely have a fuel pressure regulation problem.
