What are the operational limits of engine oil and water coolant temperatures and how can we maintain them within the operational limits? Especially during the cold seasons and while climbing when the temperatures raise.

I recommend a video on how to make the connections to an engine monitoring system such as the Garmin G3X EIS, Including the sensors used, the recommended routing of wires around the engine, protection of wires from heat and fuel, etc.
