What's up with the videos? This is my only day off this week and I have been planning to use your videos for assistance. All browsers and 3 different computers do not work with your videos.
HELP!!!

Unable to view on a pc that works with every other video I have ever tried.

Disappointing as I have just subscribed

Same here, have tried iPad, MacBook Pro and PC all to no avail.

Well, I am relieved it's not just me, anyway.
I just paid my subscription fees and thought I'd have access within minutes. It has been days.
