UPDATE
Today, I did the following
a. Cleared out the all fuel lines
b. renewed fuel filter
c. drained off old fuel
d. cleaned both air filters
e. both carbs cleaned, and full inspection and new rebuild kit installed
f. full fuel flow test carried out on both mechanical and electrical fuel pumps
g. Carb balance carried out, using Carb Mate
round run carried out, max rev per min attained was 5000rpm.
Now need to fly it, when the weather is better

Flew plane two days ago around the airfield, carried out stalls, turns, dives, etc, no loss of power all good...
Diagnostic: Fuel issue, dirt in the system
Touch wood, i am free from any further trouble.
