Since you have an in flight adjustable prop where many of us don't you get the best of all worlds. Take off from 5200 - 5800 rpm. At cruise set the prop pitch to get at least 5500 rpm and up to around 5600-5700 rpm and then throttle back to about 5200-5300 rpm. This should give you a pretty good balance between climb, cruise, fuel economy and oil temps. Over pitching the prop (not higher throttle, prop over pitch) will cause higher oil temps. I think running at 5500 WOT all the time just waist fuel and the gain in speed and fuel economy isn't there for me.
Remember some of this is personal choice (so long as you are in the correct prop pitch and rpm range) so you'll have to make the finial decision.
