The servo goes back and forth ok does the spring pull it open or hold it shut I am going to pull the tail pipe off and try to feed a stick camera through the muffler to see whats going on
I will keep you posted. the video makes it clear on how it works

The spring opens the valve.
So you calibrated the throttle? was it reaching 115% before hitting the stop?

you will not be able to see through the muffler, it has baffles.

It went from 0 to 115% stop to stop I was hoping the muffler was straight thru thanks for your help Rob I will battle on

Flew again this morning still wanting to over boost ok on take off but straight and level at 100% it would jump to 45 on map when I lent on the throttle the engine was also over revving a bit at 5800, hot weather may have something to do with it is there an adjustment to bring on the waste gate a bit sooner I think that the gate is opening and closing ok but is not opening in time with the throttle position.
