Move it side to side and pull at the same time; the spade connectors can be very tight and pulling them straight back is hard to do.

Hi James,

Maybe you and I are both not as strong as we used to be. It can be hard to pull out. Sometimes I have to use a screwdriver to depress the latches and pop it out. I'm sure not being able to get a full hand in a convenient place doesn't help.

James,

No special trick to it. Once the latches are depressed however, it still takes brute force to unplug all six of those spade connectors at the same time. Mine is very easy to get to and it still sometimes takes three hands and a small trained monkey to get it loose.

I had hoped that there was a special incantation that would help but I guess it is not to be. Now I must find a monkey to get on with it. Thanks to all for getting back to me on this. At least I know that I am not doing anything wrong.
