Many years ago I bought a Rotax 912 UL (s/n 4 152 042) from a person involved in a joint Scaled Composites and NASA high altitude drone project. The engine was a spare that was never used or modified. Based on some engraving on the case, It appears that it was bought around 1997. Obviously I don't know the distributor. Can you tell me the manufacture date?
