Hi Ian,
Yes you need to go to the Dynon website and download their support program file so you can update your Dynon's or work on them. Once you have the Dynon Support program on the laptop then make sure your new oil temp fix file is on the laptop too. First update your Dynon unit(s) to the current 5.4.3 software. Once done do the D120 again and on the Dynon Support menu on the laptop just select back-up file which will pull up a drop down menu on your laptop and then select the D120 oil temp fix file and just hit open and the file will download to your computer. It will only take 30-45 seconds. It just targets that one file on the D120.
