I'm in Arizona and I use Windows XP with Google Chrome. I'm not having any issues with the Tech articles. The pull down menus work and the articles all open.Since the whole Rotax forum isn't alerting to this problem it may be a more individual issue. There were a few glitches after the update, but I think those have been worked out.

It appears to be associated with my userID. I have tried:
3 different computers
3 different browsers, installed / tried Chrome, upgraded to IE8 as previous as "pud" responded, with exactly the same response message. Not sure what else to try at this point.
