Unable to drill down or find "Technical Articles" using existing links.
It might be that "Technical Articles" don't actually exist and will be added later.

Just tried through Support/Bulletins, Technical Information, Technical Articles. There are many PDF files there, I downloaded one which worked fine.

Could it be my user permissions as I am a fairly recent user. When I drill down through the same links, the only message I get is: "There are no documents in the category". I have tried both Fire Fox and Internet Explorer. Screen shot attached.

I see 10 documents when I drill down as per your screen shot, and clicking on 'Technical Articles'
I don't have any extra user permissions that I am aware of - just paid my subscription and there everything is.

Hopefully someone will be along soon to help you out.

I loaded up Google Chrome to try that as well and get the same message... "no documents".
What browser and version are you using?
