Hi Wilf,
It should be in your engine log book… everyone in aviation keeps an up-to-date engine log, right?
Another way is newer engines have the ignition pack serial number, printed on a sticker, that is affixed to the top CDI ignition module. This serial number starts with the year designation (10.12345 signifies it was made in 2010)
If it is and older engine or the sticker is missing just contact your service center who can then make an info request.
