Per their website and fb page, they are delayed.  I'm sure the part will show up, soon.  As I know 90% of their staff personally, I will be happy to air your grievances.  They are moving and organizing over 3000 part numbers, so a little patience will go a long way.  When setting up a new business in a hurry, there are huge stresses involved.  Shipping out orders always takes absolute top priority in any business, so imagine the stress they were experiencing letting down a customer.  I spoke with the DOP last night as a local gas station and the plan is to have full time staff back on the phone by May 20th.   

Wow. I just looked at this purchase of Leading Edge Airfoils. Typically these type of buyouts are by large corporations, but when i discovered the buyers were Jeremy and Daniela Knoll, this is one of the best things i have heard in a long time. I personally met and bought an aircraft from the Knoll’s and they are honest, dedicated, fair, personable and easy to work with. Additionally, Brett has been excellent in trouble shooting issues some of my immediate 912 issues. So what ever startup issues Tom had, this is a top notch organization that we should be glad to have. I speak from personal experience with each of the people in the organization.
