Well Paul, you have investigated fuel and air. All that's left is ignition. Your symptoms are similar to a magneto check - EGTs go up and RPMs go down. Maybe you are operating with only half ignition? Unfortunately probably not an easy fix on this engine.

investigated fuel and air more today. Fuel is getting to the injector section with pressure. Cleaned the air filter just in case.
It could be ignition as anything is possible at this point, but it would seem like I would get a fault. The engine runs the same on A or B only. So if it is ignition it is affecting both lanes. From what I am hearing that is not likely with the redundancy in the engine.
With the redundancy in the engine it would seem that it would run fine and show a lane fault. Without the fault it points to something shared by both lanes, fuel or air.
