Every 912iS engine owner should have access to a Dongle for their engine. Now that might be through the mechanic or the owner. During the annual condition inspection you are supposed to download error logs and if you have Lane lights come on that's the way to find out what's going on. All autos have the same thing, but most maintenance shops for cars have that hardware and software. The fuel injection is run by computers so you need a way to look and see what's going on.

Everything Roger and Rob are saying is correct. I just want to point out that the engine will always run rough when it is running on lane B. Lane B is a "limp home" mode.
