So at what point will new engines have this built in?
According to the revision page in the IPC: "Gearbox with oil spray nozzle, starting with gearbox S/N 74000."

I installed the redesigned gearbox two days ago and flew today.
I tried every combination of airspeed and power that used to set off the vibration. No vibration.
The new gearbox installed easier than my original one. Literally, it slid on with hand pressure.

Sounds like you ordered and installed it yourself. Did Rotax cover the expense?

Yes I do my own work. I am an A&P with I/A and Rotax training (Heavy).
My gearbox vibration problems began early during the warranty period. I submitted a warranty claim for this gearbox.
