A Stall fault can be caused by the fuel pumps being switched off. are you getting good fuel pressure?
Note: do not have the backup power switch ON during start; this defeats a self check by the ECU.
Did you use the Rotax wiring harness and did you make up much of the wiring yourself? Did you follow the installation manual?
I don't mean for these to sound bad, but just curious in trying to help get to the root of your problem.
Most of the problems have been wiring issues. It may be helpful to grab the installation manual and start following wires from end to end to make sure they are where they are supposed to be.

After update the ECU Health Stall error does not appear.
Still I am facing a problem, that I am using BUDS to view engine parameters, During the engine start, the connection of Lanes A & B lost. Both lights becomes Red.
What will be the probable cause of this failure???
