How can I find the production date (and other configuration information)  of the S/N 4 42 63 16 , 912 ULS engine

I am guessing you are anxious to get an answer soon.
Answering these Info questions is not high on the priority list.
You can search for yourself Here, but not much comes back on your engine that you don't already know, so I am guessing that this is an older engine and may predate the database.
