912 ULS 12 yr maintenance

I'm purchasing a 2008 plane with a 912 uls engine and would like to find a complete list of what's the required maintenance on this engine. It's certified as a SLSA.

It mean 12 years this engine was in working conditions or dump state?

What is maintenance records with previous owner?

Maintenance start from 25 hrs to 1000 hrs?

Track the engine from serial no from this website admin assistant and then we comment on it?

Otherwise don't take risk to fly in air. ??

If you have engine serial number, your engine life can be extend up to 15 years under Service bullition i.e TBO 12 year to 15 years or 1200 hrs to 1500 hrs.?
