Stud bolts turning in Crankcase

Red marks are a central alignment hole for the crankcase only.

Blue marked are free hole for studs, tightening on both sides .10mm socket can use here.

white marks are thread, free studs are missing here. your case.

This figure shows that Blue marks bolt, tight through the 34 red marked bolt.

Yes, on figure 2 red arrows point to part nr. 34. This is the bolts that are turning inside the crank and i am unable to remove or thighten, so that i can thighten rods nr. 27 and therefore torque the cylinder according to the SB. This is my problem. Why is this bolt nr. 34 turning? I thought it was supposed to be threaded and thightened inside the crankcase?

Because you do not understand it, or have the proper training, it is a poor design????

I know this is frustrating to you but why offend the engineering team? They are amazing and so dedicated. And they are human so have feelings like you and me.
