Could you please tell me when my 912ULS serial number 4425353 was manufactured and overhauled?

An inquiry has been sent to the factory on your behalf.  Overhaul data is never available because it is not shared with the factory.  This should be found within your logbook that comes with each engine.

They got back to me with this date: 30.03.1999

Given the age is  well past prime for overhaul.  My suggestion is find someone in  your region and have them do a proper inspection.  From  your location it appears you are near Lockwood Aviation in Sebring.  They are fully qualified to do the work on this engine.  if you do not want to invest in a full overhaul at least get a full inspection.
