That particular engine (5645082) was factory TBO'd to 15 years or 2000 hours (whichever comes first) - so its calendar overhaul time is fast approaching (May 23rd of this year)...

This engine is very old.  4.28.2004 is only date shown in database.  it was sold via the Czech Rotax distributor.

Given this is well over the overhaul date you might need to check on what SBs need to be complied with.  Data from that time frame is very limited.
