What is wrong with the current bowls?
I would still like to know the theory behind drilling the floats. The more info we get the easier troubleshooting will be.
"lapped Carb float needle valve." It looks like my drilling comments were off. Not sure where I heard that. This is what was done the last time it was in for service.
Is your mechanic Rotax certified? Has he taken current training?
Reason I ask is for warranty coverage. Just curious as to where you have taken the plane.
