Can an after muffler like (797-405) that is on the two strokes be fitted to the 914T to get noise levels down a bit.
Or is there another type used anywhere?
If you modify the exhaust you risk it failing in a way that could cause heat damage and or a fire (which is one of the worst problems to have inflight) just saying, be careful.

I have seen a Rotax 914t with an After Muffler that is used on the 582 Two Stroke engine.
But have not seen this mod before on a 914T and I wonder did anyone else see this mod on a 914T
I see no inherent reason that an after muffler could not be utilized if properly installed.
