    Keep in mind that the pressure on the Cap is the safety blow off pressure.
    1.3bar = >19psi above ambient pressure. You should never even come close to this!

    The pressure in the radiator should be near Zero until the water goes over its boiling temperature.
    It boils lower at altitude. 6psi would be expected with the coolant at 100°C at ~ 2000M ASL (7000ft MSL)
    You may have some air trapped in the system producing the pressure.
    Open the Pressure Cap on the expansion tank, it should be absolutely filled to the brim.
    The Overflow Bottle should be 1/2 to 3/4 full.

    If you have a thermostat, the thermostat should not open until ~85°C.
    If you are at 70°C the thermostat should be closed and the radiator will be cool/warm to the touch.
    If the radiator is also at 70°C, the thermostat is stuck open or someone before you has removed it or it never had one installed.

    I am surprised that you have a coolant pressure gauge. Unusual!!!
    6psi sound like a good number for a Fuel Pressure reading.
    Does it read zero with a cold engine?
