Is the vibration present and detected on the ground or only in the air while flying?

on your installation , do you have a fuel return line installation , as described in the installation manual 73-00-00.... 1.3

Thanks all for your suggestions... Vibration is present on the air and on the ground (no difference noted between the two). It does vary by engine speed. I do have the fuel line return per Van's RV12 KAI. Looking to perform a dynamic prop balance as soon as the weather permits!

Hi Julian,
Mostly... I've done a number of things to understand and address the vibration. Dynamic prop balance is last on my list.. Weather permitting! A full report will follow.
