hello again, thanks so much for your help. i persisted this morning and was finally able to make the form accept my entry. i switched to the chrome browser and it seemed to have worked. safari was the one that was giving me trouble. i will let you know if i need further assistance with the repair and warranty claim. i hope things start moving forward now. fingers crossed. again, thank you so so much.
