hi roger,

i'm looking for assistance with a very similar issue, but in Laos. would you have any suggestions on finding some assistance here? the closest rep is hong kong and they are unresponsive. might be because Laos isn't even in their list of countries supported.

sorry if my post is redundant... the forum doesn't seem to be accepting my posts. i hope this get's through to someone. i really need a hand finding someone in or near my area.

Sorry I couldn't find anything. I looked on a couple of service maps and didn't see anything. Most of us aren't familiar with your area.

hello admin,

thanks for getting back to me. yes, i have tried to contact them. and just tried again after reading your message.

the problem is that the form is broken. it does not send my message and continues to ask me to accept the privacy policy, even though i have checked the box.

it's a bit frustrating... if you have an alternate way to reach them, please let me know?
