Make sure your affairs are in order! :ohmy:

The Prop is a virtual flywheel for the engine.
Bench testing commonly uses a test prop commonly called a "Test Club".

Beware that the springs in the throttle default to Wide Open, Not Idle!
If you start it, it will be past its 5800 rpm Red Line in a hurry!

Have you thought about how you are going to supply the oil and water?
Radiator? Oil cooler and Separator?

If you want to test it,
Mount it on an airframe with all the accessories and a real prop.

Thanks for you reply i m currently still planing for the bench test.and i designung myself a engine stand specifically for this test aswell.

with a test prop whats the max rpm that the engine can go?
And without the prop whats the max idle speed before the engine goes overspeed ?

5800 RPM is the 5 minute red line, aka NEVER exheed speed, with or without a prop. Rotax says not to start the engine without a prop.
