Thought I would let everyone know how my story came out. After messing with it for quite a long time I finally gave up and took it to a rotax repair expert. I was swore to secrecy, however I can tell you at least in my case he replaced a set of floats, the diaphragm springs, bumped the idle jet from the stock 35 to a 45 and adjusted the air/fuel in from 1 and 1/2 to a 1/4. It runs perfect now. Basically he balanced and blueprinted my carbs, and did the initial dial in which in my case I don't believe had ever been done. FWIW.
