Problem is with charging not ignition.
I checked today stator. It's look's fine, it's clean, no overheat visible via holes.
I checked again voltages on full load. There is 13VAC on 2000RPM and about 25V @ 4000RPM.
After rectifier i have 12,5-13,5VDC. 13VAC at idle is low, there can be no charging but at 4000RPM and 25V.. good rectifier should be able to regulate it's to 14,5VDC.
