the normal range is 12.82v to 14.2 so it sounds like you don't have a problem. It just needs to be over 12v to charge the battery.

The problem is, because below 2200RPM i can see red light (charging alert).
When I enable nav light (led), gps and some small equipement I sometime loss my flydat when pressing PTT button.
Voltage is dropping for 11,8V for a moment, it shouldn't . For first moment after cold engine run it's ok (no red light) but after 1min it's bad.

I see, that does sound like a bad regulator. check the ground between the regulator body and airframe first. Then, with the master on, make sure you have the exact same volts at the C term as you have at the battery.
Your stator is OK, it is in limits.

All grounds checked, disassembled, cleaned and assembled again. Voltages and resistance checked, no difference.
This weekend I'm gound to install my regulator in another 912 and check differences between voltages.
