Best place for this information is to go to the top of the page and click on the support tab, then the manual tab, then the 912 line maintenance manual. It describes all of the scheduled and unscheduled maintenance checks and how to do them.

Unless you are having a problem, disassembling the carbs is done every 200 hrs. or two years, whichever comes first. There is an annual or 100 hr check which does not require disassembly of carbs. Rubber parts should be replaced every five years regardless of hours.

Synchronization should be done at 100 hrs. or annually. I usually synchronize mine a couple of times a year but that's just a matter of personal preference.

kindly list down the rubber parts from carburetor that required tobe change after 05 years of time? like o.ring, diafram, float

O.RING inside the carburetor is not mentioned.
so please guide me about o.ring inside the carburetor replacement?

Correct, o-rings are not on the list. if it is not on the list it does not have to be replaced.
The o-rings are replaced at the 200 hour carb inspection.
