Yes,
There is a way to prevent fuel pouring out of the carb every time you break the plane. You should have two breather outlets, one either side of the carb. I guess you have the single clear plastic breather tube that goes round from one to the other, and has holes in it. I suggest replacing the single tube with two tubes, one each side. Looking at the carb from the front, make the one on the right about 7 - 8" long and the one on the left about 4 - 5" long. The end of each tube will be held by pushing it under the metal wire that holds the float bowl in place, but here's the thing, put BOTH of them under the wire on the left hand side of the carb.

This will mean that even when the carb is tilted 70degrees to the right, which it does when you break the plane, the fuel will just go out of the right hand breather and into the right hand breather tube, but as the tube outlet is above the level of the float bowl, it doesn't drain out.
