E learning videos

Is there anyplace that I can get access to the E LEARNING videos to rebuild my carbs? I have a paid up subscription, and have watched them many times.
Only the preview works right now.
Have tried clearing my cache etc. I am not a computer guru, and no desire to be, just want to do my carbs.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    All of the e-learning videos are working fine - have you tried logging out, and logging back in again?

    It's also possible you may need to manually clear your rotax-owner "browser cookie". (It's possible for cookies to get 'munched' once in a while)

    If that doesn't solve it, then I suspect there might be a problem with your web browser's Flash Plugin. (Previews run on Youtube, which doesn't need Flash)

    What device / operating system / web browser are you using?
