i pay 29$ annual and all video in Rotax Owner do not running in windows laptop and my ipad
i use google crome and explorer all flash player running
can help me ?

My apologies, we had a very strange server issue on the weekend (server problems never seem to happen on a weekday!) and it was only resolved this morning. It wasn't an actual 'normal' server crash - those kind we get alerted to, and the server gets reset immediately. This was a very unusual situation where the software was all running OK, but the hardware went into a very bizarre "slow-motion" state - effectively blocking the video playback while not raising any server alarms. They say the odds of that happening were something like one in six trillion! We do have it repaired now, and all videos will play back normally.
