Roger, would you please post pictures of the inside of the oil tank? It would be very interesting to see what a new one looks like, after 100 hours using LL. Thanks in advance!
Garrett, yes that video is good for showing what the stuff looks like. But I am interested in pics from Roger because he has a brand new tank that has been run on 100LL for 100 hours. I would be very interested to see how much sludge has accumulated in that amount of time.
The Rotax recommended Oil Change interval when using 100LL is 50 Hours.
Most people change it at 25 Hours.
I am not sure you will be able to find an example of 100 hours of sludge unless you do it yourself.
Intentionally running for 100 hours on 100LL would be a case of engine abuse.

Previous poster said, "I have a rotax 912uls and it has 100 hours since new on it. I use 100 percent 100LL."
That would show us what the accumulation in the tank is over the course of 100 hours, which is exactly what I would like to see, as that might provide actual insight into how often the tank needs to be cleaned out if using 100% low lead.
Such information would also allow for a comparison if someone were able to conduct the same procedure using a mix, for example 1/3 aviation, 2/3 auto, which is what I plan to use.
