I'm sorry but i've not been fastidious enough to post progress pictures but project now complete. Engine re-built and ready for testing. The prop is a borrowed one, I have a new airmaster constant speed propellor waiting to fit once the engine is installed in the aircraft. It has been an enjoyable and expensive project but proud to have completed it. The service manuals and service from Rotax have been great so no issues there. If anyone has any questions please feel free to ask.
