I have a rotax 912 engine of 80hp for a while so I started to show a white oil in the oil using oil plus sport what can be.

Possible water. Are you getting the oil hot enough to help boil off contaminants? 212F+
have you done any maint. to the system that included an oil line or used any oil additive?
